Account Login Issue

Hello,

 

I think there might be an issue with my email address in your system. I have created a new account using the same domain on the same email server and it worked. No matter what I do, I can't seem to get the email for the 2fa to come through on my original account. New works fine. Nothing in the exim reject log or mail log on the server as well. The ip address for the mx of malwarebytes.com has been whitelisted in the firewall and the rbl filters. I have also whitelisted all emails @malwarebytes.com. Please advise @Malwarebytes

Thanks for the information. 3-7 days is a long time especially since I am trying to purchase more. lol

Is this a consumer account or a business account?
