Hosting provider says it is not them and the websites are accessible from other devices and other users. I have tried adding to the list of exclusions, but that has no effect whatsoever. I turned web protection off and then back on again and the websites became accessible, but within 2 minutes they were blocked again. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'd like to see 1 more week of no more reported abuse here: https://www.abuseipdb.com/check/91.238.162.17 In the meantime you may want to try getting a different IP address assigned to your domain since it's the IP address that is being blocked only. They are trying to gain access to WordPress hosted domains.
