    Why is the block valid? What issue has been reported?

    Been running some websites for years. Today they are both being blocked by MWB. Hosting provider says it is not them and the websites are accessible from other devices and other users. I have tried adding to the list of exclusions, but that has no effect whatsoever. I turned web protection off and then back on again and the websites became accessible, but within 2 minutes they were blocked again.
