Password - Change of Malwarbytes Password

Good Afternoon from UK --NEW USER to Forum. Not been on my Account for 6 months and cannot remember my Password. I followed HELP and Instructions to go to "MY ACCOUNT" and click on Forgotten Password. This was above the enter of Password like on most sites but it has not acknowledged my request, nothing in my email account. What have I missed please as I am having the message "Real Time Protection Turned Off" on Premium subscription and need to then sort this out.

Tried following the Malwarebytes "Reset a forgotten password" but not having any luck.....! HELP please from a medium to Low IT experienced user !

Sorry your having issues... some things to try

1. Use a different browser to try to reset your password
2. Check your junk/spam folders for any emails with codes
