How do I email Malwarebytes Technical Support

I have a Malware/Virus that my malwarebytes did not detect on my pc after a scan. I'm trying to contact tech support to let them know about this virus. What should I do?

You can reach Malwarebytes Support more directly thru the online web support site and create a help ticket.  That is much more direct & more effective than any email.

What you show is about a very oddly named VBS script file that is in the user TEMP  appdata area.

You can do a scan on that folder with Microsoft Defender.  Here are the first few steps.

Please  set File Explorer to SHOW ALL folders, all files, including Hidden ones.  Use OPTION ONE or TWO of this article

NEXT

Start Windows File Explorer  and go to this folder  c:\users\thispc\appdata\local\temp

On the left-side tree, expand the C drive till you see that folder on the left

Then do a right-click on that folder-name  ( on the left hand) and select

Scan with Microsoft Defender

 

and proceed with the scan
