File Being Detected As A Possible False Positive?

Hi there,

I've used VideoProc from Digiarity for years now and it was last updated in January of this year. Today I ran a scan and this particular file is being flagged as malware:

File: 1
Malware.AI.3396014372, C:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\DIGIARTY\VIDEOPROC\YOUTUBE\LIB\SITE-PACKAGES\PIP\_VENDOR\DISTLIB\T64.EXE, Quarantined, 1000000, 0, 1.0.40324, F93576E284FBECD3CA6B1124, dds, 01240421, A9FEAB5DC0875366EA7F2002A34994FB, F16C8E095AFD63E55A3A1DC0304FE9CCF8FA573E1FEA9D0A28447990FD45FB33

I'm attaching a zipped copy of the file and I also ran it through VirusTotal and I don't see that it's malicious from there.

Could someone check to see if this is actually a false positive or if I need to take more action?

Thank you.
