  1. Hello there - can you please check this website as it appears to be a false positive - https://www.patientrebateonline[.]com/patientrebate/welcome.html The website is a website where patients can submit forms to be reimbursed for the prescription drug Eliquis. VirusTotal shows the website is clean. Thank you!
  2. Hi there, I'm attaching a copy of the screenshot. Thanks!
  3. HI there, Our local power company has an emergency website with information on what to do in the event of a nuclear disaster at a local power plant. It seems MB Browser Guard is blocking it, can it please be unblocked? Scanning with VirusTotal shows that the website is clean - https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url-analysis/u-f8adfe745444f3b0b9a792cff76c18f82866c58b64dea8682bebf62874bf683d-1662058694 Website: https://constellationemergencyplan.info/ Thank you!
  4. Thank you, I appreciate this tip. :-)
  5. Thank you I was not aware of that there. Appreciate your help!
  6. DIck Debartolo's personal site is being blocked as as suspicious TLD. Can this be unblocked? http://gizwiz.biz/ It scans clean via VirusTotal - https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/7ca104003b462e9b8662844b9fd20fe6d70474ae3668b2aa5bfd351a1b0f9c72 Thanks!
  7. Great, thanks for checking - appreciate it. I should be safe then, no further scanning or action needed?
  8. Hi there, I've used VideoProc from Digiarity for years now and it was last updated in January of this year. Today I ran a scan and this particular file is being flagged as malware: File: 1 Malware.AI.3396014372, C:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\DIGIARTY\VIDEOPROC\YOUTUBE\LIB\SITE-PACKAGES\PIP\_VENDOR\DISTLIB\T64.EXE, Quarantined, 1000000, 0, 1.0.40324, F93576E284FBECD3CA6B1124, dds, 01240421, A9FEAB5DC0875366EA7F2002A34994FB, F16C8E095AFD63E55A3A1DC0304FE9CCF8FA573E1FEA9D0A28447990FD45FB33 I'm attaching a zipped copy of the file and I also ran it through VirusTotal and I don't see that it's malicious from there. Could someone check to see if this is actually a false positive or if I need to take more action? Thank you. t64.zip
  9. Browser Guard is blocking - www.jcoutdoors.biz as possibly being involved with Scam activity. This is a local landscaping business and the website checks out clean on Virus Total - https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/dfd829cf5582773fc057619faeb4810d241fe5204f519c492bb6835b964c520d/detection Can this be unblocked? Thanks!
  10. I do, I'm highly suspicious that it's a false positive with Malwarebytes and the latest definitions.
  11. It wouldn't be a bad idea, but only do it from a PC you know is safe or the PC you posted about if it is now scanning clean.
  12. I made a separate post on this as well. I have a feeling it may be a false positive as all the research I've done indicates this is a part of AVG. Waiting to hear back to see if there is any official word. I haven't enabled any AVG add-ons or made any installation changes to the AVG software.
  13. I've always run these two programs in parallel on my PC. Today after running a scan a file from AVG is showing up as a Trojan.Injector - C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\AVG\Antivirus\VisthAux.exe I quarantined the file as MBAM directed, but in all searching on the web I can find says this is a legitimate part of AVG. Could this be a false positive with AVG? I've had AVG installed on this PC for years, so it's not something new that was introduced and I haven't changed the installed components or add-ons from AVG either. Thanks!
  14. Thanks Ron, I've created a ticket with support. For tracking purposes you can close this thread as I've taken the issue up with support privately.
  15. Thanks for the info. I did the clean removal process and am still seeing the crashing when running the initial scan after the re-install. I ran the logs as requested, but noticed that they contain some highly personal information. Is there a way to provide them so that they are not posted for everyone to see?
  16. I can second this observation. I do a Custom Scan of EVERYTHING on my PC once a week and usually that took around 1 hour 45 minutes prior to this last update. Now post the most recent update this scan now takes well over 3 hours.

  18. Hi all, I have noticed that since the latest upgrade to the above version a few days ago on my Windows 8.1 machine, after I try to run any scans usually a few minutes after it begins processing Malwarebytes will crash. I never had this before the upgrade and have done no major Windows installation or other program installations since the MBAM upgrade the other day. Have there been any other reports of issues with crashing in the new version?
  19. Thank you, this will make it easy. Also kudos to you all for making great products and continually working to keep us all safe. :-)
  20. Hi there, I purchased a subscription to Anti-Exploit premium and I am currently using two of the three licenses for my subscription. I have a desktop PC and laptop covered under the product. I will be getting a new desktop PC and no longer using my current desktop PC. How do I properly transfer the license spot from my current desktop PC to the new one, so that I will still have a third spot free after the swap? I wasn't sure if there was a special tool I needed to run on my current desktop, or I just needed to uninstall the program from my current desktop PC. Thanks.
  21. So I finally got my system back up and running. I got it into safe mode and initially read about installing MB back on the system. I only had an older version on my flash stick and installed that (bad idea) and it made things worse. Was able to find a free PC the download the newest version on my flash stick and then installed that and updated and turned off file protection. While in Safe Mode I did a Restore All on the quarantined files, but they did not disappear from the the list. I hit the Restore All a few times and then gave up hope and figured I'd try a reboot. To my surprise I am in and working now. I checked MB and it still lists all those files that it quarantined there, but I'm guessing they are not there? If they were my system wouldn't be working. Is there a fix going to be issued to clear that Quarantine list? Can I safely choose to delete the entries in the list? (I don't want them to be somehow linked to the working files and cause more problems if I do this!) Also I initially had EVERYTHING turned on in the Protection Menu of MB since I'm a paid user. I'm guessing if I had "Automatically quarantine filesystem threats detected by the protection module." turned off then I probably could have stopped this from happening by choosing not to quarantine these files as they popped up? Should I consider running that option unchecked in the future in case there is a rare chance this happens again?
  22. Hi Ron, I had done a Java uninstall several months ago when all the attacks started happening. I don't show it installed on my PC at all under control panel? Is there a way for me to edit my last post to remove the text files since it has my computer name and things on it now that you've taken a look? Thanks again!
  23. Hi Ron, I just did another check and the program updated to a release for today. I don't know what was going on. I'm posting the log files as you requested just so you can give it a look over to make sure I'm ok. I'm currently running 3/5/2013 at 6:15:51 PM v2013.03.05.14 Thanks!
