FlashPatcher detected as Generic.Malware/Suspicious

i understand that you may not want to mark a program thats meant to edit executable files in system32 as 'safe' like yeah that makes sense-

but its not really malware so maybe it should just be like "Win32:HackTool/Patcher", instead of 'Generic.Malware/Suspicious' ?

 

thats what microsoft did when i sent it to them-
