b.exe poprock cant use start or uninstall malwarebytes

Hello I am looking for some help. I had some virus infections and can not use Mbam or uninstall or reinstall. Some other programs lock up now too. I had b.exe ,Trojan dropper- win.nv,rootkit unclassified/kr_Done and then had poprock and nordbull. I cleaned what i thought was most of it but can not run mbam or remove it or reinstal as it tells me I dont have permission now or if I do get it to reinstall I can update it I hit run and it shuts down right away. Ineed a good looking over.Ill wait to start more posting when help arrives. I am running windows vista home premium.

Please be sure not to install any software or use any removal or scanning tools except those that you are

instructed to by the expert who will be assisting you as doing so can make their job much more difficult.

note: if for some reason you are unable to run some or any of the tools in the first link, then skip that step and move on to the next one.

If you can't even run HijackThis, then just post here: Malware Removal - HijackThis Logs describing your issues and an expert will reply with further instructions.
