Computer stuck on restart screen when removing malware after scan

Oh so sorry if i didnt mention this before

when i open up task manager and i check the cpu usage , it is around 70-80%

i managed to get a glimpse at the program names and it showed "System Interrupts" was consuming 79.8 % of my cpu and i am pretty sure this is not normal

It is only there for a split second or so, that's why it is hard for me to get a screenshot

I doubt there really is an issue, but let's go ahead and scan with another scanner to make sure.

 

Please download and run the following Kaspersky antivirus scanner to remove any found threats

Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool

Let me know if it finds anything or not

I have run it and there were no threats found

I do not believe this is an issue. It appears to be quite normal now in Windows 10
