Trojan detected/blocked 4 times

I was playing a video game and Malwarebytes twice told me 4 times between 11:22 and 12:21 that it blocked a trojan from qbittorrent, even though it wasn't downloading anything. I wasn't particularly confident in qbittorrent in the first place so I deleted it in a panic. I found out while uninstalling that it was left running so I'm curious if that was being used in a potential probe of my system.  I scanned multiple times and found no actual trojan but I'd like to be sure my system is clean. I appreciate your assistance.

I do not see any evidence of malware or infection in your logs, is Malwarebytes still making blocks...?
