Do stop clearing caches and cookies once i installed malwarebytes for mac?

Hi there (pardon my ignorance) but i was taught that deleting cookies and caches is the best way to clean yourself after visiting certain chinese websites like aliexpress. I am not sure if it is true. But speaking in general terms, if i have malwarebytes installed in my mac, should i stop worrying about cleaning caches and cookies and stuff?

I'm not familiar with that specific guidance for visits to certain Chinese websites and have never found a need to visit one in any case, so can't speak to that, but I feel certain that Malwarebytes for Mac does not purposely provide any such a cleaning function for you.
