EXTREMELY slow internet, malwarebytes uninstalled

Recommended Posts

I installed the free version of Malwarebytes just yesterday and thankfully it detected alot of malwares in my pc. But shortly after i noticed that my internet in my computer slowed down, i didn't give it much thought until this morning where it was so slow it was hard sending pics in messenger or even load a page in youtube. So i started to fiddle with malwarebytes, when i mean fiddle i meant, turned off its real time protection specifically the web browsing one. But unfortunately the internet got EVEN slower. So i went back and turned it on, but it didn't help. Panicked: I turned off all the real time protection and it got WORSE. so i uninstalled the program but my pc didn't recover. I have flushed my dns, i have used roguekiller and deleted every detected malware but not a single thing helped. Please i REALLY need help. I also searched for fixes but all of them are here in your forums, and all of them involved malwarebytes, but again, i uninstalled mine, and for some reason i couldn't install it back, it had an error regarding the connection. Please reply asap.

Installed malwarebytes yesterday and right after the internet slowed down. This morning I fiddled with malwarebytes figuring what may be the problem. I disabled its real time protection (only the web protection) but made my internet slower. I turned it back on but did nothing. So i turned every real time protection off. And it got worse, now i almost have no wifi in my pc. I uninstalled the program and hoped for the best but to no avail. I tried reinstalling it but the installer had an error regarding the connection. The installer's progress didn't have progress whatsoever and was stuck at 0. I tried roguekiller and flushing my dns but nothing helped. please help asap.

Hi,     :welcome:
My name is Maurice. I will be helping and guiding you, going forward on this case.
Let me know what first name you prefer to go by.

Please follow my directions as we go along.  Please do not do any changes on your own without first checking with me.
If you will be away for more than 3 consecutive days,  do try to let me know ahead of time, as much as possible.

Please only just attach   all report files, etc  that I ask for as we go along.

I would appreciate  getting some key details from this machine in order to help you forward.

Do have patience while the report tool runs.  It may take several minutes.  Just let it run & take its time.  You may want to close your other open windows so that there is a clear field of view.
Download Malwarebytes Support Tool

Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
Double-click mb-support-1.6.0.774.exe  to run the report
You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.

Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
Do NOT use the button “Start repair” !
Click the Advanced tab on the left column

    Click the Gather Logs button

A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer

Upon completion, click a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop. Click OK
Please attach the ZIP file in your next reply.

Please know I help here as a volunteer.  and that I am not on 24 x 7.

Thank you,
Sincerely.
