Infected by Mycouponsmart, malwarebytes does nothing

How can I get rid of mycouponsmart?

It infects chrome, I no longer can control my search engines. There is something with a Bing logo called SearchMine and I can't get rid of it. The three-dot menu does not drop down. I've had this problem for a long time, that is why I purchased 3 licenses for 2 years, over $100, and it is not doing anything about this malware, and I can find nothing in its forums about it.

Searching, lots of sites claim to help you get rid of it, but you have to download some program to do it, and I've made that mistake once, the downloaded program was malicious.

Any help getting rid of mycouponsmart would be apprecited.

Is this a Windows computer or a MAC?
