LiquidTension Posted January 10, 2020 ID:1355131 Share Posted January 10, 2020 Hi @boombastik, Thank you for the logs. What are the specific steps you're taking that results in this issue? If you use Restart option, do you encounter a similar issue? If you disable Ransomware Protection but leave the rest of Malwarebytes running, does the issue occur? Please enable debug service logging, reproduce the issue once more and provide new logs with the Support Tool. To enable debug logging: Open Malwarebytes. Click Settings. Turn the Event log data setting on.
boombastik Posted January 10, 2020 Author ID:1355149 Share Posted January 10, 2020 1)steps: *restart the machine. *hibernate the machine and the wake it up. *try to hibernate again and the machine stack in a stage with black monitor and fans on. (like cannot turn off hard drives) 2)usually the second hibernate tigers it. 3)if i disable the ransomware and then restart it does not occur this. Also i have a machine that if i update above the old one version it cant access the internet but it seems that you have found the culprit because i think that is the same with the blue screen. I want to mention also that the offline version of 4 and also the offline version of 3 even if i disable the update for new program versions it continue to download the latest. When i search manually for updates. All the versions are clean installed with malware bytes tool. I believe that the new update in ransomware makes the writing in hard drive so slow that simply times out, as it slows down the 4k writing speed in half even on ssds.
