Got infected by GlobeImposter 2.0 ransomware - velasquez.joeli@aol.com

We had Malwarebytes for business 3.8.3  with all the options running on a Windows server and it still got affected by velasquez.joeli@aol.com (GlobeImposter 2.0) ransomware and encrypted our files.

How can it miss such a known ransomware from 2017?
