Lifetime License Blacklisted from 2008

I just tried to reinstall my malware bytes, and it shows my license is blacklisted. I went to the page where it shows you can deactivate the devices on this account, and it showed 2. Strange I only have it on one PC. Also I got a strange call from some guy asking is my PC Okay! Its working fine. I'm using it now I thought to myself, and said I don't own a PC. He hung up! Well im thinking now they've been in my email and got my license. number. I need help with this blacklisted issue is my first step. 

 

I did run CC Cleaner and RKill and Hitman Pro after RKill first, and then CC Cleaner last.  Rkill killed something off! Also I did a support ticket. Hope that helps speed things along.

If you haven’t already done so, please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:

  1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
  3. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
    • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
  4. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
  5. You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
  6. Click the Advanced tab on the left column

  8. A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer

  9. Upon completion, a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be found on your Desktop. Click OK

Sorry to hear about your issues.  You have already done the best course of action, which is to create a support ticket.  They are the only ones that can help with this matter.  Please stick with your support ticket and look for any possible replies in the Junk/Spam folders in case they get caught there.
