Interesting - the dump files date from July and August of 2018.
Were there no problems from September onwards?  Or, perhaps the date/time isn't correct on the system?
Please check into this (system boot time shows a 2019 date stamp).

Is MalwareBytes fully updated?  It's drivers date from mid-2018 and I'd expect to see later versions if it was fully updated (this is a guess on my part)

Numerous Windows Update failures in the MSINFO32 report.
Only 311 Windows Updates (from systeminfo report) - most systems have over 400
Please ensure that you check for and install Windows Updates.
If you continue to get errors with Windows Updates we'll have to try other things to see if it can be fixed w/o a clean install

Also, ensure that you get ALL updates from the OEM manufacturer of the system (Asus)
BIOS dates from 2014 - so I wonder how updated the OEM drivers are.

Plenty of other errors in the MSINFO32 report.  You may want to consider a clean install of W7 to get that fresh feeling of a new install

This has signs of being a business system - is it?
Not a lot of stuff running on the system - but I'm not familiar with the IDC and NPA programs.  What are they?  I'm just looking for a general description so I can get an idea of how they affect the system as it runs.

Also, the C drive has less than 10% free space.  While not usually a problem, this can cause slowdowns as the drive fills
It also has the TreeSize program - so keeping an eye on it should be easy enough.  Try to keep it at 10% free space or higher.

LogMeIn driver dates from 2007.  Haven't seen issues with it in the past, but the sheer age of this one always makes me wonder.
I'd suggest temporarily uninstalling logMeIn to see if that helps.

The Realtek PCIe GBE (GigaByte Ethernet) driver dates from 2012.  I'm fairly sure that Realtek has released newer versions.  Check at https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/network-interface-controllers-10-100-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-pci-express-software

Most times that I've noticed (FYI - I am not a MalwareBytes employee - I just hang out here because they gave us a BSOD forum to work in) MalwareBytes may be blamed - but isn't at fault.  What we've found is that other drivers tend not to get along well with the mwac.sys driver.  Disabling the web protection feature of MalwareBytes will usually stop the BSOD's (but this isn't a real fix - just a work- around).

At this point I suspect something that isn't cooperating with the networking ability of MalwareBytes.  My suggestion to try Driver Verifier after uninstalling MalwareBytes is the most likely thing to help locate the problem - but I understand that this may be difficult if this is a business system.
In that case, a wipe and clean install (fully updating Windows and all OEM drivers) may be the easiest course here.

I'll post the details in the next post - as it's way too much info for one post.
Good luck!

Good luck!

Thank you for taking the time to look into this for me John.

Yes, this is a business system. Basically it's just a SQL server box which runs SQL as a backend to our NPA software.

As it happens I noticed something in the event viewer about log me in yesterday so I've uninstalled that now. It used to be used by us for remote access but we no longer use that, we use simple help instead.

I cannot uninstall malwarebytes at the moment, my boss is away on holiday and I don't want the responsibility of uninstalling it in case the machine goes down with a ransomware attack again. (It's been hit twice before with these, that's why we've got malwarebytes installed.) The machine usually goes down daily but, fingers crossed, it hasn't gone down since I uninstalled log me in. As far as I can see Malwarebytes is up to date, I click "check for updates" and it says "Current". The system time is also correct. I'll free up some space on the HD and update the ethernet drivers and see how it goes from there.

Thank you

Paul.

Do you have the resources for a test box?  Then image the current system to the test box and see if you can run without MalwareBytes on it (and then run Driver Verifier)?
It shouldn't take long - but I'd ensure it was connected to the internet as the errors seem to point to networking stuff.

Thank you for your time and help John. I've had a reply back from malwarebytes support and they say the do currently have an issue with windows 7 and are advising us to uninstall malwarebytes and install and earlier version which they have sent a link for.

Thank you

Paul.
