Cat56 Posted April 25, 2018 ID:1236586 Share Posted April 25, 2018 Since I bought the Malwarebytes software and it was installed on my pc, my pc has slowed tremendously and my tray icons at the bottom of my screen stopped working. I have to restart my pc to get them to work. I performed the threat scan and everything was ok according to it. I read in one of the forums to download farbar but when I started to do that, all kinds of warnings popped up everywhere which scared me to death and I decided not to risk it. Can you help? dcollins Posted April 25, 2018 ID:1236604 Share Posted April 25, 2018 Can you please provide the following logs: Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool Accept the EULA and click Advanced Options on the main page Click Gather Logs and wait for the process to finish Once it does, please upload the log file from your desktop mbst-grab-results.zip Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
