alphashopper

My laptop is infected with malware alphashopper, which, on opening a new tab, goes to a new homepage of its own and uses a

new search engine. (Using .Chrome). Yesterday I installed and ran adwcleaner and malwarebytes (14 days free trial). The programs

found numerous malware problems but failed to detect or clean alphashopper off my laptop. I even tried reinstalling chrome. No indication

of any recent downloads, and this only activated itself three days ago. Can anyone please assist. Googling alphashopper just leads to a bunch of 

malware sites.
