I have a strange request

I need a screen shot of malware bytes screen right after the scan is done

I am trying to help someone over e-mail clean out thier computer and they keep saying that it wants them to purchase it first before cleaning

Which tells me

1. they aren't using the right program

2. or they don't see the see results button

I ran it on a couple of computers that I could get a hold of and would you know it none are infected. I am about to self infect myself here shortly =/
