Same Malicious Website continuously being blocked

I had Driver Talent software for a long time on my Windows 10 PC, but haven't used it.  Recently, Malwarebytes recognized it as malicious and removed most of the program.  But something must be left.  Now, every few minutes I get a notification that Malwarebytes has blocked an outgoing connection to dllfix.update.drivethelife.com. (See attached report file.) Malwarebytes shows no lingering infection. Microsoft does not show that I still have Driver Talent.  What can I do to completely clean my PC?
