NTOSKRNL-HOOK virus, blue screen help!

hello..

I am having a problem with my laptop, with vista home prem. installed on it

I've been having this blue screen (blue screen of death) everytime I start my pc up

I can only login on safe mode which I am right now..

I scanned the first time with mcafee when he only found 1 virus now i scanned it again it shows 7 viruses, 3 supposably quarantined, 1 repaired, 1 removed

I know for a fact that it didnt remove it cause thats what it said ast the firsdt scan

any help would be very appreciated

I have also ran mbam, which is said it deleted 38 infected files, and a second scan says my pc is clean

but When I Run McAfee it says the virus is still there

Even though Mbam says its safe

I even tried smitfraudfix to no evail

Hi lawless, and welcome to Malwarebytes.

Post the log from MBAM which showed that it removed infections.

Then update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, please visit this webpage for instructions for running ComboFix:

• When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.
  
• Please post the C:\ComboFix.txt along with a new HijackThis log so we may continue cleaning the system.
  

After that, please run a GMER Rootkit scan:

Download GMER's application from here:

http://www.gmer.net/gmer.zip

Unzip it and start the GMER.exe

Click the Rootkit tab and click the Scan button.

Once done, click the Copy button.

This will copy the results to your clipboard.

Paste the results in your next reply.

Warning ! Please, do not select the "Show all" checkbox during the scan.
