Trying to remove rootkit - it blocks most anti-malware from running

I am trying to remove a rootkit from my computer.

It is blocking most anti-malware and antivirus from running.

I downloaded Chameleon and was able to Malwarebytes.

The problem is that I am stuck.

Chemeleon is telling me 

"Trying to start a scan...

Waiting for scan to complete..."

Malwarebyte Anti-Malware seems to be finished scanning.

It said "Total Threats Detected: 1183"

At the bottom: "Scan complete - Malware Detected"

Unfortunately, I cannot click "Remove selected", "Save Results", or anything at all.
