I have the same problem on my computer except my doesn't run any ads all it does is slow my laptop down and my wifi i try the thing u show this person but i open the application and then it close so fast. I even run it as administrator.

• The same principle applies to any modifications you make to your system, I would like you to ask me before you do any manipulations that aren't in the instructions I posted. This is to ensure that we are operating in sync and I know exactly what's happening on your system
• If you aren't sure about an instruction I'm giving you, ask me about it. This is to ensure that the clean-up process goes without any issue. I'll answer you and even give you more precise instructions/explanations if you need. There's no shame in asking questions here, better be safe than sorry!

Follow the instructions in the thread below. Make sure to download the MBAR version linked in it. Let me know if you're not able to launch it and run a scan.

If you manage to run a scan, delete everything it finds, and then copy/paste the content of the "mbar-log-TODAY'S-DATE.txt" log that is located in the MBAR folder here after.

I don't recall when i got this virus but i started to notice it more when i try to play my games it was slow then normal and 2 day ago i open up my task manger and i see this thing called svcmx client  and i took most of my CPU so i ended the task and then it came  back up so i look on online what it was and it was a type of a mealware virus and i don't see ways to get out of my pc so i hope i can get some help on here.

If you launch mbar.cmd (which is in the MBAR folder), does MBAR open correctly?

Yeah it open right cause i can see but then it closes by its self so fast i cant let it scan

If you cannot launch MBAR, you'll need one sadly, yes. If you buy one, make sure it is at least 8GB (as it could be useful down the road).

Good Now, let's prepare ourselves. Follow the instructions below.

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) - Scan mode
Follow the instructions below to download and execute a scan on your system with FRST, and provide the logs in your next reply.

• Download the right version of FRST for your system:
  
  • FRST 32-bit
  • FRST 64-bit
    Note: Only the right version will run on your system, the other will throw an error message. So if you don't know what your system's version is, simply download both of them, and the one that works is the one you should be using.
    
• Move the executable (FRST.exe or FRST64.exe) on your Desktop
• Right-click on the executable and select Run as Administrator (for Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 users)
• Accept the disclaimer by clicking on Yes, and FRST will then do a back-up of your Registry which should take a few seconds
• Make sure the Addition.txt box is checked
• Click on the Scan button
  
• On completion, two message box will open, saying that the results were saved to FRST.txt and Addition.txt, then open two Notepad files
• Copy and paste the content of both FRST.txt and Addition.txt in your next reply

Do you have access to another computer? As you're going to need FRST.

Alright, download FRST on it, and move it on your USB Flash Drive.

On the infected computer, launch a command prompt with Admin Rights, enter these two commands (press Enter after each one), make sure they return a message saying the command went through successfully and let me know once it's done.

bcdedit.exe /set {bootmgr} displaybootmenu yes
bcdedit.exe /set {default} recoveryenabled yes

No. Running the commands below will allow you to access the Recovery Environment, from which we'll run a scan with FRST. Hence why you need a USB Flash Drive to put it on.

What version of Windows do you have? Though in any of them, search for cmd in the Start Menu, right-click on Command Prompt or cmd.exe and select Run as Administrator.

Preparing the USB Flash Drive

• Download the right version of FRST for your system:

  • Once you've seen your BIOS splashscreen (the computer manufacturer logo), tap the F8 key repeatedly until the Advanced Boot Options menu appears
  • Use the arrow keys to select Repair your computer, and press on Enter
  • Select your keyboard layout (US, French, etc.) and click on Next
  • Click on Command Prompt to open the command prompt
    Note:If you can't access the Recovery Environment using the F8 method above, you'll need to create a Windows installation or repair media. It can be made on the computer itself or another one running the same version of Windows as the one you plan to use it on. For more information, check out this tutorial on SevenForums.

Once in the command prompt

• In the command prompt, type notepad and press on Enter
• Notepad will open. Click on the File menu and select Open
• Click on Computer/This PC, find the letter for your USB Flash Drive, then close the window and Notepad
• In the command prompt, type e:\frst.exe (for the x64 version, type e:\frst64.exe and press on Enter
• Note: Replace the letter e with the drive letter of your USB Flash Drive
• FRST will open
• Click on Yes to accept the disclaimer
• Click on the Scan button and wait for the scan to complete
• A log called FRST.txt will be saved on your USB Flash Drive. Attach it in your next reply

Follow the instructions in one of the tutorial I linked in my previous post. Since I don't know what version of Windows you're running, I cannot tell you which one will be good for. If you tell me, I'll be able to tell you.
