i have a usb with the meadi creation tool on it but i plug it in my computer and try to open it but then it just what i send you.

i try to use the methods but there not working cause either i try them before i came here and windows 10 tool keeps telling me that it cant open and wants me to restart my pc and i did and then try again and it said the same thing.

I cant go in to the recovery mode cause my computer doesn't do it so i made a USB recovery.

i was able to download it but when i open it, it quickly close by its self.

I don't recall when i got this virus but i started to notice it more when i try to play my games it was slow then normal and 2 day ago i open up my task manger and i see this thing called svcmx client and i took most of my CPU so i ended the task and then it came back up so i look on online what it was and it was a type of a mealware virus and i don't see ways to get out of my pc so i hope i can get some help on here.

I have the same problem on my computer except my doesn't run any ads all it does is slow my laptop down and my wifi i try the thing u show this person but i open the application and then it close so fast. I even run it as administrator.
