Hello I need help.

I used Malwarebytes Adw Cleaner to scan and I have the registry that my PC has Easy Driver Pro; I do not remember downloading it, I have cleaned it to remove it and a warning appears to me "caught unhandled unknown exception; terminating" and Malwarebytes Adw Cleaner it stays frozen, I tried many ways to reset but nothing it stills frozen.

Thanks, I'm trying to reproduce and I'll keep you posted.

In the meantime, would it be possible to ask you to trigger the crash again:

  1. Launch AdwCleaner,
  2. Click on Tools > Options and tick "Debug".
  3. Do a scan and a clean. The crash should occur, terminate the application using the Task Manager and share the folder C:\AdwCleaner.

Thanks!

I had the same issue after updating to Adware cleaner 7.0.1.0.  I saw in the log file the PUP folder that caused the problem and then I removed it in c:\program data (after making it visible ) After that I reinstalled Adware cleaner 7.0.1.0  and now it's working fine !

Hey, I'm having the same issue. Do I have to share the entire folder or a particular file? I've already run it with "Debug" option on
