Trojan Agent Flagged?

So I posted this sample in the newest malware threats part of the forum. This sample WAS detected by 40 other antiviruses as a trojan while malwarebytes did not. Now, malwarebytes detects it but two other antiviruses have removed this from detection. It is now 38 detections as of the last virustotal scan. So I am not sure if it is actually a trojan. Can you please get back to me with your analysis?

Sometimes virustotal is updating the scan engines on their site with new definitions - so a few scanners are unable to scan at that moment.
