Hi,

I am using Malwarebytes endpoint security with Anti-Malware, Anti-Exploit and Anti-Ransomware components installed but still the browser got infected with adwares and it was not been detected by the program.

Indeed Adware cleaner tool was able to identify the threat rather the above three left unprotected.

This is not an infection, it is a search engine option put in place by the AOL, AVG and Adobe product (the updater asks you to add Ask.com as a search engine) software that your end user installed. Although our ADWCleaner product is an aggressive tool against browser PUP's and hijacked settings, you can accomplish the same thing this scan of ADWCleaner did by having your user sign out of Chrome and resetting their browser.
