Uninstalling Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Anti-Exploit from the Control Panel should be good enough. That's what I always did, and I never had a single reinstall issue after. You can use Revo Uninstaller Pro if you wish (it's still going to use the program uninstaller first) as well. Or you can uninstall Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Anti-Exploit and use the mbam-clean.exe cleaner after to make sure everything about Anti-Malware gets removed after (this executable won't clean Anti-Exploit's leftovers, if there are any).
