Automatic bank account deduction for renewal on Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

Recommended Posts

Has anyone else bought Anti-Malware last year and suddenly noticed they automatically deduct money from your bank account the following year in order to renew your subscription? All without notifying you or asking permission beforehand?

If so how did you deal with it and have them stop? Possibly by removing you from that "automatic deduct list" or refunding your money for a subscription you did not want to renew?

Hi @Thor, when you purchase from our online store, you agree to sign up for auto-renewals.

We do send you a 30-day and a 15-day email reminders to cancel auto-renewal if you do not wish to continue your subscription. These emails might sometime end up in your spam/junk mail folder.

To get a refund and to cancel any future auto-renewals, please contact our support team at https://support.malwarebytes.com/customer/portal/emails/new?b_id=6400 and they can assist with this.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,
Cecile
