  11. If you are a target of a sextortion scam like this, or others, where you need to pay to get your compromising data deleted, do not engage with the scammer. These emails can sound intimidating, especially if the scammer is able to add details about you taken from public data, like from your social media accounts. As a result, the scam is rather lucrative.   12. Hi @nukecad, I've tested pasting your URLs and others in the above thread and did not have any issues in the URLs automatically becoming hyperlinks. The only time the URL did not becoming hyperlinked is when "https://" was excluded. Do you recall if when your originally pasted the URL in your thread if you included the "https://" portion in front of your URL? Thanks, Cecile

You can still install it on your new laptop that you are getting soon, but the expiration date on that key will remain the same from your original computer.   16. Hi David, This pattern is the default cover photo and there is no way to adjust the default patterned cover photo or revert it back to the previous default blank cover photo prior to the IPS update. Thanks,

Many of these we were already using (and still are) but we wanted to call out specifically a change we adopted. Starting today, if you are viewing the forums as a guest or are not signed in, you will see a new banner pop up at the bottom of the page with the following message: Here's what you'll see: The use of cookies on the Malwarebytes forums are not new, but we are choosing to be more upfront about it to guests and new users -- something new the IPS update allows us to do. We did not update our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, nor Community Guidelines.
