Hello.  If the Norton antivirus reports no infection, that is a good sign.  When was the last time that you ran a Threat scan with the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware ?  what is the result?

You appear to indicate this is a Windows 10 computer.  What is the version / build number?

From the RUN menu, type in

Quote

WINVER.EXE

 

Then write down;  kindly relay all of the Version with the build number too.

A pc running slow can be due to all sorts of non-infection conditions.  You ought not to jump to conclude a infection is about.....unless one of the security programs confirms that.
