From IPS... this is part of their notification system. The pause indicates the browser isn't checking for updates and you should refresh. Normally this happens after you've been idle for a long time. They didn't specific the exact time frame. The way we're seeing might be a bug where the sleeping of the device is messing up the timeout. IPS is going to look into it.
