Does the recently released beta of Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware have the capability to get rid of ransomware that is already on a computer?

In its current form, Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware (MBARW) Beta monitors, detects, identifies and blocks all known ransomware.

 

If a present ransomware issue needs to be resolved, I recommend following the advice from the topic: Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and have one of the Malware Removal Experts assist with the issue.
