sman Posted February 19, 2016 Author ID:1020382 Share Posted February 19, 2016 The block was triggered when update was taken up with the application's 'check for update' option.. So, did a direct download of full installer from the VLC site and ran it, which then asked for 'uodate with existing settings and on confirming, the update went off w/o any hitch..
