[SOLVED] Open in other file after uninstall

I'm running Windows 10 and support asked me to do what was listed here: https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/171634-anti-exploit-not-started-after-upgrade-to-windows-10/

So I rebooted and uninstalled anti-exploit with no problems.

I then rebooted again, went to the (86) directory, and when trying to delete the folder, received the error message "can't be deleted... open in another file or folder."

I checked task manager, and there seems to be nothing open. This is the first thing I've tried to do after logging on twice now.

mbae64.sys is the only file in the directory.

Help.
