Premium version unable to update

Hi - I've read other topics similar to this, but they seem to relate to the free version. I have the paid-for version and understood this updated automatically. However for the last week or so I continually get messages flashing up saying it is out of date and must be updated; however, in common with other forum posters, I get the  message 'unable to update'. I have made no changes to the computer set-up. I requested help from Malwarebytes several days ago but, as I'm still waiting to hear from them, wondered if any other paid-for version has had this problem?

If you have definitely opened a ticket with the Malwarebytes Help Desk, in this instance it would be best to wait for staffers to respond.
