P.S
I am actually familiar with Windows PC's and can typically keep them running smooth but this one was rare and kept coming back.
I think I understand the process and the fix.txt that was applied too.

Seems all OK to me. Even if you understand the scripts and fixes I wrote, I'd really advise you to NOT run those tools yourself. The tools we use were mostly written by malware fighters themselves and they don't use whitelisting (or not as much) as regular tools and programs do. Therefor, changes by our tools can harm your system more easily than when working with regular programs.
