scan getting stuck on heuristic analysis

i have a virus on my computer that i have been trying to get rid of using malware bytes. it said 257 threats found. but the scan is never able to finish. it constantly gets stuck at heuristic analysis. i left it there for 3 hours and it was still stuck there. i really need to see if malware bytes can get rid of this virus because eset and hitmanpro haven't been able to do the job. please help.

oh yeah and i have already used malware bytes removal tool and uninstalled and re-installed several times
