AVG and my MB disappears, AVG info I saw is from 2009

I saw general questions info on this but it was from 2009, so want updated info and hopefully it is easier to do than what I saw as I am not super good at this.

 

 

 

 

I have premium MB and AVG 2014, 0 ,4765

 

Now, I am just now realizing that I bought the personal premium not the business one, but I am running it only  on my computer in my office, so don't know how that matters.

 

I bought the personal not business by mistake I guess.

 

This has now happened twice, after a few days of it running it disappears.

 

What can I do?

I wanted to edit this but don't see edit button, I do NOT mean AVG disappears also...only MB disappears

Let's try this first....

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs
  (the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)
