Please help, It says Real-Time Protection: No Protection

Hi I just ran a scan with Malwarebytes and I had 74 Malware objects on my comp I removed Windows Internet Explorer 7 after that because I never use it and I heard it's unsafe to use older versions of IE. My computer restarted after that, and now my Malwarebytes which helped me so so much by quarantining all those files says "Your system is not fully protected: Fix Now" and I can't click the Fix Now. It also says "Real-Time Protection: No Protection" Does this mean that there is still Malware trying to attack my comp and Malwarebytes? Also, do I attach a "Hijack This" report to my question? I would really appreciate some help with this. I want to keep my computer safe! I really appreciate Malwarebytes helping me thus far with the quarantining! Thank you.

Your post reads like your system is probably still infected and malware removal actions are not permitted in this sub-forum.

If you would like to get off to a very fast start, the Malware Removal Experts would appreciate it if you would also Copy and Paste both the FRST.txt and the Addition.txt output diagnostic reports from only Log Set 1 into your new topic.
