Running chameleon still wont allow me to run Malware Bytes - Windows 7 64 bit

Hey my name is David, and I have a problem starting Malware Bytes normally. I did some reading and learned of Chameleon and how it could be used to start mbam on infected computers, but running it didn't solve my issue. Im currently running a Windows 7 professional 64 bit OS. Attached is my latest HiJackThis log.
