Security.Hijack Malware that cannot be removed

Hi there, I would appreciate any help you can give me. I downloaded freeware recently that let in some malware with in. I uninstalled the programs, ran a virus search, and then ran Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. It was able to quarantine two items in my registry key, but is not able to remove them. I've read other forums and tried a few other tactics, all to no avail. Almost constantly, I am having ads pop up in my browser or start hearing advertisements that our are running in the background.

 

I would sincerely appreciate your help!

Well we can take a look at it for you but this appears to be a Business computer looking at the logs. Normally a Business would rather that their own IT department look at the computer to fix it.

As long as your IT department doesn't mind we can help just let us know.
