I cannot use malwarebytes or malware removal

I am having some major issues with my computer and think it has something to do with malware. Whenever I use google search, the search results redirect me to different sites that are not relative to the matter. I also downloaded malwarebytes and spybot and cannot run either of them. I am not sure what I need to do besides reformating, and that is not an option at the moment. Any suggestions would be greatly apprecieate!

Hi,

Please read the following tutorial and perform the steps:

Then you should be able to run MBAM afterwards. Also, make sure you update MBAM (Update tab > check for updates), before you run the scan.

Then, once the scan has finished, reboot!

After reboot,

Post the log from MBAM in your next reply.
