graywolf78 Posted December 5, 2013 ID:760853 Share Posted December 5, 2013 Like so many others, I was infected with Scorpion Saver after I installed a newer version of SUPER Video Converter (the older ones never had adware). I've run MBAM and it has removed it, but later on, the malware returns. Today, I ran Combofix. Unfortunately, the computer crashed at the end while the log file was being generated and the resulting file is blank. Following instructions on this forum, I downloaded and ran HijackThis, Adwcleaner and Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and can post those logs.
