Infected PC

Please help me with a possible virus that from one day to the next made my computer very slow, it lags (mouse stays still for some seconds), and problems with audio when streaming video or music.

Even without streaming anything, an mp3 from my computer has crackling sound when the mouse starts to freeze. This often happens when the CPU usage reaches 90%+ without having opened anything. It just happens every few minutes.

 

Any suggestions?
