Virus help

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me please?  My pc keeps coming up that it has detected WIN32\Expiro then C|WINDOWS|SYSTEM32 and then various file paths, eg msiexec.exe.  I am using AVG and Malwarebytes.  Here is the log.  I am not sure if you need any further information? Thank you
