  1. Hi, many thanks for your help with this, although I am pretty upset by the outcome. I do not use a memory stick or visit social networking sites, download music or open dodgy emails so am at a loss to understand how this could happen. It seems I will be unable to use this pc from now on and will have to see if I can borrow one to change passwords etc. Thanks again for your help, A

  7. Hi, many thanks for coming back to me. I have completed the scan and it has found some issues, but although I saved the log as per the instructions, ie computer, root, I am unsure how I can pick that up again to be able to post the details on the forum.   8. Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me please? My pc keeps coming up that it has detected WIN32\Expiro then C|WINDOWS|SYSTEM32 and then various file paths, eg msiexec.exe. I am using AVG and Malwarebytes. Here is the log. I am not sure if you need any further information?
