Help please ! root kit !

I'm having a problem when I try to run a program it appears the following Message:
"Windows must now restart because plug and play services terminated"
I already did all the procedures that I found here in the forum,
someone could help me?
follow some attachments.

adwcleaner: scan not infected

mbar: scan not infected

Hello djvidal and welcome to Malwarebytes forums.

 

Please tell me if you first turned off your antivirus program -before- running the tools you listed ?

And tell me, what is your antivirus program?

 

Please find and then attach these logs in your next reply.

Look in the \MBAR sub- folder, look for these 2 logs, and attach both in a reply

That can be caused by other factors that are -not- necessarily an infection.

 

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.com here
or http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr or
http://www.infospyware.net/sUBs/dds

Disable any script blocker if your antivirus/antimalware has it.

Do NOT turn off the firewall

Double click dds to run the tool.

DDS will run in a command prompt window and will take 3 to 4 minutes or so.
Follow and answer the prompts as appropriate.

When done, DDS will open two (2) logs: DDS.txt & Attach.txt
Save both reports to your desktop.
Please attach following logs in your next reply:
DDS.txt
Attach.txt
